knocked off early

Awards & Apprec - Neffi - gone through all the amendments and are awaiting 
people to subpoena

Chapter Ops - Sabrina - gathered amendments - dealt with rit amendments, 
has not dealt with toast song yet, people should talk to sabrina about any 
concerns they have

Finance & Op - Dan Rauch -  talked about money a lot, went over 21 pieces 
of legislation, fraternity lost $91K over past two years

IntRel - Nikki -  5 resolutions for international statues, try to work 
with philipe, book drives, more material on web page

LD - Helen Harrison - no legislation, focused on revising Leadership 
workshops, subpoenaed people who worked on thos and developed them.  Huge 
job looking at all of that still 

LRplan Mike - no legislation, going over golas set at last conventions, 
75th anniv. was successful, new goals public relations, much is fuzzy, 
trying to give it more definition

Mem&Ext - Tom Johnson -will not reccommend that digamma be added to greek 
alphabet, spoke to a lot of people who came to speak

NatOrg 1 - Jeannette - Not here yet

Nat Org 2 - Beth - legislation covered roles/duties of RD & SCs, none was 
passed to legislative floors yet, currently looking at who can vote on 
legislative floor

NOminations -Stacy - called in a bunch of program directors, interviewing 
people for new board today, 2 pieces of legislation will be dealt with 
after interviews

Next regional meeting is scheduled for tomorrow at 5pm, this is chance to 
meet people running for national office

Rules & Cred - Sarah Grimes - very busy - reviewed creds of alumni 
delegates, looked at cred of delegates here, asked committees to get 
reports back in AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Amanda Wood - scouting & YS - service awards, today proposed amendments

Service & Comm - Brian - not much legislation, but lots of little snags, 
anybody with ideas for possible themes, please go to room 310 and sign up

Time & Place - Chris - will meet with Atlanta & New Orleans today, took 
care of amendments last night, come by and see the TV that pops up out of 
the table

DRAWINGS for free convention to one person in each section!
Something will be set up in the region suite 636 to put all the names of 
active brothers (both delegates & Non-delegates), drawing at Reg meeting 
tomorrow.  

Craig knows of one chapter that's bidding for the regional conference -
Syracuse, Phi chapter.  Kate speaks - passed out booklets to voting
delegates, provides overview, has reccommendations from local people and
info on hotel bit.  They have pins and stickers in the Region suite.


Aasha reminds us that the awards committee meeting will be in the region 
suite following this meeting.  Omicron Upsion couldn't bring the travelling 
trophy for man mile, Alfred did bring theirs.

Beth McCooey - cancellations of workshops - Lafayette Trip on Dec 31st, 
deadline is 1pm today, Thrift for AIDS cancelled today (nobody signed up 
today), seminar changes announced

Ed Richter, Nat'l  - several chapters cpmpleted NSW reports: mu eta, chi 
pi, theta kappa, nu delta, gamma, xi rho, epsilon zeta, phi

Blondie needs hosts for workshops, all you have to do is intro person and 
collect eval forms
